Instant Vietnamese Iced Latte & Iced Mocha

No, we are not talking about instant coffee.
It is about preparing a refreshing iced latte in a minute.
What is the catch? Just freeze a few coffee ice cubes in advance.
Vietnamese Iced Latte
A combination of strong coffee, a hit of sweetened condensed milk, and a super refreshing iced milk.
What you need
1 cup of freshly brewed coffee
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk (use coconut condensed milk for a dairy free alternative)
Instructions
Whisk the ingredients until well combined then pour into ice cube moulds and freeze until solid, about 5 hours.
When ready, remove from mould and fill up an empty glass with the coffee ice cubes.
Choose the milk of your preference and pour it cold over the ice cubes. Stir gently while drinking.
Tip: Go sugar free and freeze only the brewed coffee itself as ice cubes.
Iced Mocha
Deliciously refreshing iced coffee with chocolate! Can't get any better than this.
What you need
1 cup of freshly brewed coffee
3 tbsp of cocoa powder
dark chocolate sauce (optional)
whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
Whisk the ingredients until well combined then pour into ice cube moulds and freeze until solid, about 5 hours.
When ready, remove from mould and fill up an empty glass with the coffee ice cubes.
Choose the milk of your preference and pour it cold over the ice cubes. Stir gently while drinking.
Add whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles for a sumptuous version.
Tip: the Hershey's chocolate sauce in the video is the one we used at our little coffee place and it's dairy free/vegan as well!
