Amazing Hot Chocolate flavour combinations, an irresistible White Mocha, and an elegant Lavender London Fog.

It is officially Hot Chocolate Weather and we have listed our all time best-selling Festive Drinks Recipes!

We always try to use natural ingredients and avoid store bought syrups, to bring up the best flavours. All drinks are topped up with whipped cream for an extra lush touch but obviously it is purely your choice.

All recipes can be prepared with dairy free milk and gluten free ingredients as we used to offer in our little place.

Snowball


  • First, "decorate" the mug's inside walls and mouth using coconut condensed milk.

  • Cover the mug's mouth with desiccated coconut.

  • Add one or two scoops of Vanilla ice cream (yes!!!).

  • Steam the Hot Chocolate mix (use coconut milk for the best flavours and our Coconut&Chocolate mix for a creamier and richer result) and pour over the ice cream.

  • Top it up with whipped cream and more desiccated coconut.




Berry White Chocolate





Zestive


  • Steam the Hot Chocolate mix with milk and a strong orange syrup (or use our Orange&Chocolate mix for a creamier and richer result).

  • Top it up with whipped cream and candied orange and lemon peel for a zestier experience.



Lavender London Fog




Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate


  • First, "decorate" the mug's inside walls with dark chocolate sauce.

  • Steam the Hot Chocolate mix with milk and peanut butter (or use our PeanutButter&Chocolate mix for a creamier and richer result).

  • Top it up with whipped cream, more dark chocolate sauce and roasted hazelnuts.



Pumpkin Spice Latte


  • Steam the milk with a touch of five-spice powder and pumpkin puree (or jump direct to store bought pumpkin spice syrup).

  • Add a shot or two of strong coffee (we recommend the spicy and bold Malabar beans).

  • Top up with whipped cream and more ground spices.





Peppermint Hot Chocolate


  • Brew a small amount of strong peppermint tea.

  • Steam the Hot Chocolate mix, milk and add the brewed tea.

  • Top up with whipped cream and crushed peppermint candy canes!




Holly Mocha


  • Steam the White Hot Chocolate mix with milk and a touch of Cinnamon.

  • Add a shot or two of your favourite coffee (we recommend the chocolatey Brazilian beans).

  • Top it up with whipped cream and more ground cinnamon.






Nutmeg Maple Latte


  • Steam the milk with a touch of ground nutmeg.

  • Add the maple syrup and a shot or two of coffee (we recommend the nutty Peruvian beans).

  • Top it up with whipped cream and a dash of maple syrup.
