COVID-19 extra security measures 

Are you taking extra security measures due to COVID-19?

We take all protective and hygiene measures to ensure your coffee is safely packed.

Our contact free process include wearing masks, gloves and a full length apron.

The packing bags are airtight self-sealing ziplock, posted inside a sealed card box to avoid any external contact during delivery. You can see an order preparation video here.

Delivery

Everything on the website is offered with free delivery?

All the products shipped directly from us are offered with free delivery to UK mainland.

(If buying from outside the UK please use this form for a shipping quote to other countries)

Recommended products (such as coffee devices) and merchandise are subject to a delivery fee.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

We work with a 3 to 5 working day delivery window.

However, with the current restrictions we cannot guarantee an exact time frame. 

Will I be able to track and make changes to my delivery?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

At the moment we offer fully tracked delivery with the option to choose a safe place location or a preferred neighbour to receive your parcel if necessary.

How will my order be packed?

All products have a second image with an example of how you will receive your order.

Coffee

Can I have the coffee ground or is it whole bean only?

For each coffee option offered you can choose whole beans or ground to your specification.

Do you sell coffee in pods?

We offer the option of having your chosen coffee ground for reusable coffee pod, what means you can use the grounds with any coffee pod machine. However, the pod itself is not supplied.

We have a few great recommendations of reusable pods.

How long will the coffee last?

Our coffee is always shipped fresh and can last around six months after delivered to you if properly stored

However, for the best flavour and experience we recommend consumption during the first two months.

Buying whole bean coffee and grinding shortly before brewing will also reduce the coffee spoilage rate.

What is the best way to brew my coffee at home?

It is a complex question. We wrote a brief guide with detailed information on each brewer device and how to decide which one is the best for you.

 

Product Availability

I can't seem to find my favourite box on the website. What happened?

Your favourite box most likely was part of a seasonal special or a limited edition.

You can contact us and we will check if it is possible to have it available for you.

What are season specials?

For every season we create new box combinations and specialbuys. 

Paired with handmade personalised cards and blog recipes to make the whole experience even better.

How does the limited editions work?

Gourmet and premium coffee beans are rare and have a limited availability, with most of them being offered only seasonally. 

What does the "last chance" ribbon mean?

You have the last opportunity to give the product a try, it is the last box available and we do not know when and if it will be back in stock.
