Are you taking extra security measures due to COVID-19?

We have a five star/Very Good Food & Hygiene rating and take all protective measures to ensure your coffee is safely packed. Our contact free process include wearing masks, gloves and a full length apron. The packing bags are heat sealed airtight to avoid any external contamination during delivery.

Do you offer subscriptions? Can I change plans?

We offer a monthly subscription with all our regular products. You save 10% on one-time purchase price, can change it at any time and don't need to worry about coffee anymore! Every month your coffee will be at your door.

How long will it take to receive my order? Will I be able to track it?

We aim to deliver between 3 and 5 working days. However, with the current situation we cannot guarantee this window. Our delivery is fully tracked with the option to choose a safe place location or a preferred neighbour to receive your parcel if necessary.

Can I order ground coffee? Do you sell coffee in pods?

All coffee beans are offered as whole bean or ground to your specification. We do not sell coffee in single-use/disposable plastic capsules. However you can switch to using reusable coffee pods and choose the grind option "reusable pod" when ordering.

How long will the coffee last? How should I store it?

Our coffee will last for several months after delivered to you. However, for the best flavour and experience we recommend consumption during the first two months. Good advice is to keep the coffee in an air-tight container protected from direct light and humidity.

I can't seem to find my favourite. What happened?

If you have bought it from us before and can't find it anymore it was most likely part of a seasonal special or a limited edition and is now sold out. If you would like us to offer a different coffee, please contact us with the details and we'll look for it.
